To withstand daily, high-volume applications, this Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer's frypots, doors, and cabinet have a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction. Each of the four frypots is heated with self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar, long-life heating elements, and a thermostat is mounted onto the elements to provide accurate temperature readings. Because operators can manage temperatures with a temperature probe and CM3.5 controller, there is a reduced chance of oil overheating. At the bottom of the frypots, a deep cold zone collects sediment that can impact taste, and a 1 1/4-inch full-port, ball-type drain valve expels buildup.
To improve oil quality, the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer has a built-in filtration system located in its cabinet housing. Designed to complete a cycle in 5 minutes, it can operate while other frypots are in use. It filters as many as six fryers with one battery, and its drain pan is sloped, so it doesna€™t leave behind oil remnants. Overall, this fryer has a 62 5/8-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high structure thata€™s furnished with casters, facilitating maneuvering for servicing and cleaning.
