Frymaster FPRE414 Electric Fryer - (4) 50 Lb Vats, Floor Model, 240v/1ph

To increase oil life and improve operator safety, a filtration system is built into the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer's cabinet housing. It completes a cycle within 5 minutes and can operate while other frypots are in use. With its one battery, it can filter as many as six fryers. Because its drain pan is sloped, minimal residue is left behind to help streamline cleanup. Each of the four frypots holds 50 pounds of oil to produce high-volume outputs, and a forward-sloping, deep cold zone built into the bottom of the pots catches sediment that would otherwise impact oil taste over time.
Long-lasting, self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements warm the Frymaster FPRE414 electric fryer's frypots, and a thermostat is mounted onto the elements to gauge temperatures accurately. Operators can monitor and adjust temperatures with the temperature probe and CM3.5 controller. Each frypot is equipped with a rack-type basket support, a basket hanger, and two twin baskets. Made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this fryer measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high.
