With its four 50-pound-capacity frypots, this Frymaster FPRE414TC electric fryer is suitable for frying large quantities of breaded favorites and french fries. Self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar elements heat each frypot evenly, and an electronic switching device pulses required energy into the elements in smaller increments than Frymastera€™s traditional electric or gas units. This mechanism works in tandem with an insulated frypot to reduce energy usage, and the CM3.5 controller helps operators manage oil temperatures and cooking times. A built-in filtration system is built into the cabinet housing to save floor space, and it cycles a frypota€™s oil within 5 minutes and can operate while other frypots are in use. It can filter as many as six fryers with one battery, and its sloped drain pan doesna€™t leave behind residue.
A forward-sloping cold zone is built into the bottom of each of the Frymaster FPRE414TC electric fryera€™s frypots and traps sediment that can impact oil taste. Its rear-flush feature moves the buildup to the front drain valve, facilitating expulsion.
