Equipped to produce high-capacity loads of fried food, the Frymaster FPRE414TC fryer battery's four frypots each hold 50 pounds of oil. Efficient heating elements warm the frypots and the oil they hold. The unita€™s advanced electronic switch devices move small amounts of the required energy into the electric elements, and one of the frypots is insulated to reduce energy consumption. The thermostat mounted on the elements provides accurate temperature readings, and the CM3.5 controller grants operation oversight and modification for temperatures and cooking times. Throughout operation, the frypots' forward-sloping cold zone gathers potentially harmful sediment, and a rear-flush feature expels buildup through the front drain valve.
To save space and increase the frequency of filtration cycles, a filter is built into the Frymaster FPRE414TC electric fryera€™s cabinet housing. It can filter as many as six fryers in one battery, and it cycles a frypota€™s oil in 5 minutes, operating while other frypots are in use. Each frypot comes with two twin fry baskets, rack-type basket supports, and basket hangers. To lengthen the unita€™s service life, the frypots, doors, and cabinets are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which withstands daily applications. Overall, this fryer has a 62 5/8-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high structure and is mounted on casters that facilitate maneuvering.
