Description
This Frymaster FPRE414TC electric fryer moves the required electricity to the heating elements in smaller amounts than traditional gas and electronic controls for improved reliability and temperature control. A thermostat is mounted on the self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements, and the unita€™s CM3.5 controller enables operators to adjust cooking times to accommodate different products. To streamline addition of new oil, this unit has an automatic melt cycle and a boil-out temperature control system. The built-in filter cycles a frypot's oil within 5 minutes while other frypots are operating. After filtering oil, the unit doesna€™t leave residue behind because its drain pan is sloped.
The Frymaster FPRE414TC electric fryer is lined with four open-style frypots that hold 50 pounds of oil each. A deep cold zone at the bottom of the frypots traps sediment to preserve oil quality, and its front-sloping design streamlines removal and eases cleaning. Its rear-flush mechanism transports sediment to the front drain valve for quick removal. Each frypot is equipped with two twin baskets, a rack-type basket support, and a basket hanger to save time in food preparation. Designed for long-term use, the frypots, doors, and cabinet are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and the unit measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high overall.
