To streamline frying and cleaning, the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer's frypots have an open design. Each frypot has a 50-pound oil capacity and is heated with self-standing, swing-up heating elements. A thermostat mounted on the elements provides precise temperature readings so operators can monitor the CM3.5 controllera€™s temperature and cooking times for best results. At the bottom of the frypots, a deep, forward-sloping cold zone traps sediment that could impact oil quality, and its rear flush feature moves sediment to the front drain valve for quick removal.
To save space and increase the frequency of oil filtration, a filter system built into the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryera€™s cabinet housing can filter a frypot's oil within 5 minutes while other frypots are being used. Able to be moved for cleaning and maintenance, this 62 5/8-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high unit is mounted on casters. Its cabinet, frypots, and doors are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand daily use while lengthening its service life. For organization during cooking and storage, twin fry baskets, rack-type basket supports, and basket hangers are included.
