This Frymaster FPRE417TC electric fryer uses advanced electronic switching devices that transport required energy to electric elements in small intervals, providing better temperature control than traditional electric or gas controls. Its four frypots are heated with self-standing, swing-up heating elements, and one of the frypots is insulated to help reduce energy consumption. A thermostat mounted on the heating elements provides precise temperature readings, and the CM3.5 controller helps operators track temperatures and cooking times for best results.
To save space and improve oil quality, a filtration system is built into the Frymaster FPRE417TC electric fryera€™s cabinet housing. The system filters as many as six frypots in one battery and can cycle a frypot in 5 minutes, even while other frypots are operating. To streamline cleaning, its filter pan can be removed quickly, and its sloped drain pan doesna€™t leave behind residue. Each of the frypots has an open-style design and holds 50 pounds of oil, and the frypots, doors, and cabinet are made of rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to endure long-term use. Able to be moved for maintenance and cleaning, this 62 5/8-inch-wide by 31-inch-deep by 45 3/8-inch-high structure is mounted on casters.
