Frymaster FPRE417 Electric Fryer - (4) 50 Lb Vats, Floor Model, 240v/3ph

Each of the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer's four frypots has a 50-pound oil capacity and an open design to produce a large output. Self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements warm the fryers, and a thermostat is mounted on the elements to provide accurate temperature readings. Operators can monitor and modify temperatures and cooking times with the CM3.5 controller. To minimize taste-impacting sediment buildup, a deep cold zone at the bottom of the frypots catches sediment. Because the zone slopes forward, it streamlines removal out of the front drain valve.
To save space and increase filtering frequency, a filter is built into the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer's cabinet housing. It can filter a frypot's oil in 5 minutes, even while other frypots are being used, and ita€™s designed to filter as many as six fryers in one battery. Because its filter pan can be removed quickly and its sloped drain pan doesna€™t leave behind residue, it can lower maintenance and cleaning requirements. Overall, this unit measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high and is made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. For maneuvering, ita€™s furnished with casters.
