Great for cooking a large amount of chicken wings or french fries, the Frymaster FPRE480-17 commercial fryer is equipped with four 80-pound-capacity oil vats. The eight twin baskets are secured with screen-type supports and hangers that offer a place for hot oil to drain. Extending the oil's life, the bottom slopes forward to lead crumbs and sediment into the unit's deep cold zone. To empty used oil and debris, it's fitted with a full-port drain valve.
The Frymaster FPRE480-17 electric fryer includes a digital timer to prevent product from burning or undercooking. A display reads the current temperature, and if fluctuations occur, they are quicky corrected with the 1-degree compensating temperature probe. Suitable for high-volume use, this unit is made of durable stainless steel. It's fitted on casters to provide mobility if needed.
