The Frymaster FPRE480-21 electric fryer is built with casters to enable mobility. It's made of stainless steela€”a metal that doesn't rust, chip, corrode, or dent, and which endures heavy use. To prevent unwanted temperature changes, its probe compensates by 1 degree, and an included display offers a readout for users to monitor. The unit's four vats can each hold 80 pounds of oil, and they are fitted with eight twin baskets to cook various foods at one time.
To prohibit product from burning or undercooking, the Frymaster FPRE480-21 high-production fryer is built with a digital timer controller. Sediment and crumbs are guided into a large cold zone to separate them from clean oil, reducing the frequency in which it should be replaced. The unit employs a full-port drain valve to facilitate oil removal and cleaning.
