With its SMART4U® 3000 controller, the Frymaster LHD165 gas fryer enables one to program as many as 20 cook buttons to repeat frequent recipes. The flue disperses temperatures less than 550 degrees Fahrenheit to keep surroundings cool, ensuring fast heat up and recovery times. To filter the oil, the unit includes an 8-GPM pump, and its wide cold zone is arranged to keep sediment and crumbs separate from usable fat. The 100-pound-capacity vat comes with twin baskets to accommodate product.
The Frymaster LHD165 commercial fryer sits on casters to enable mobility. It's constructed of stainless steela€”a durable metal that doesn't rust, corrode, dent, or scrape. Basket hangers offer a place for the baskets to sit while hot oil is drained away, and basket support racks hold them inside the vat to prevent them from falling into the cold zone.
