Frymaster MJ150 Gas Fryer - (1) 50 Lb Vat, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

The Frymaster MJ150 gas fryer has one 50-pound oil vat with two twin baskets to fry multiple types of food at one time. This vat's bottom features a large cold zone with a sloping front, which guides sediment and crumbs away from the oil to preserve its quality. Its millivolt controller doesn't require an electrical connection for use, and its Master Jet burner system heats evenly throughout the frypot to cook efficiently. To begin cooking, the fryer ignites using a push-button EZSpark® ignitor.
For temperature adjustments, the Frymaster MJ150 floor-model fryer includes a thermostat knob mounted behind the front panel. The baskets are equipped with covers that prevent contamination of oil at the end of the day. Made of stainless steel, the frypot, door, and cabinet are durable and rust resistant to withstand extended use. Oil can be emptied from the vat easily using its 1 1/4-inch IPS ball-type drain valve. For mobility, the unit's legs are fitted with casters.
