With its 50-pound oil capacity, the Frymaster MJ150 gas fryer can be used to cook mozzarella sticks, french fries, and chicken tenders. Because it includes two twin baskets, the unit can fry multiple types of food at a time. To ensure accurate temperatures, it features a centerline fast-action temperature probe as well as a thermostat knob mounted behind the front panel. Owing to its millivolt controller, it doesn't require an electrical connection for use; its EZSpark® ignitor turns the power on at the push of a button.
The Frymaster MJ150 floor-model fryer includes a 1 1/4-inch IPS ball-type drain valve to remove waste. A cold zone at the bottom of the vat features a forward-sloping surface to guide sediment and crumbs away from clean oil. The Master Jet burner system distributes heat evenly throughout the frypot and recovers lost temperatures quickly. This stainless steel unit is durable and resistant to rust or corrosion.
