Frymaster MJ250 Gas Fryer - (2) 50 Lb Vats, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

Measuring 31.50 inches wide by 31.63 inches deep by 46.38 inches high, the Frymaster MJ250 commercial fryer is built with two 50-pound-capacity oil vats. Its 14-inch by 15-inch by 5-inch frying area comes with four baskets, making it great for cooking mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and onion rings. After use, the baskets can be removed from the hot oil and placed on the over-the-flue hangers to drain. To ensure quick recovery times and even heat distribution, the fryer operates using a master jet burner system.
The Frymaster MJ250 gas fryer has a ball-type drain valve to remove used oil for streamlined cleaning. Crumbs and sediment are kept out of the fresh oil and separated into the unit's large cold zone to reduce the frequency of needed replacements. Strong enough for repeated use, the structure is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This fryer turns on quickly using push-button EZSpark® controls.
