Frymaster MJ240 Gas Fryer - (2) 40 Lb Vats, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

The master jet burner system in the Frymaster MJ240 commercial fryer distributes heat evenly and provides quick recovery times for constant operation. Powered by LP gas, it uses 220,000 BTUs and its millivolt controls run without requiring an electric connection. This unit is built with an open frypot setup; however, it includes covers to protect the oil from contamination after hours. Its centerline temperature probe operates quickly to read an accurate temperature.
The Frymaster MJ240 gas fryer comes with two 40-pound oil vats and four baskets to cook multiple food types simultaneously. To save money, sediment falls into the large cold zone, keeping it separated from fresh oil to reduce how often it must be replaced. This unit powers on with a push-button EZSpark® ignitor, and the temperature can be adjusted using a knob hidden behind the front panel.
