Frymaster MJ250 Gas Fryer - (2) 50 Lb Vats, Floor Model, Natural Gas

The Frymaster MJ250 gas fryer measures 31 1/2 inches wide by 31 5/8 inches deep by 46 3/8 inches high, and its frying area is 14 inches by 15 inches by 5 inches. Two twin fry baskets are included in each of the 50-pound-capacity vats to prepare a range of products, such as french fries and onion rings, at the same time. The unit ignites using EZSpark® push-button controls, and its temperature knob is mounted behind the front panel for adjustment. It operates with a master jet burner system to quickly recover lost heat and distribute it evenly for continued use.
Requiring no electric connection, the Frymaster MJ250 commercial fryer is operated with millivolt controls. To prevent oil from becoming contaminated, covers are included to shield the frypots at the end of the night. This unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The twin baskets sit on rack-type supports while product is prepared, and to reduce the risk of burn injury, they can be placed on the over-the-flue hangers for draining after use.
