To withstand rigorous use without rusting, scratching, or warping, the Frymaster MJ350 deep fryer's door, frypots, and cabinet sides are made of durable stainless steel. Each of its three vats accommodates 50 pounds of oil, while its open-pot design streamlines cleaning. To simplify cleaning and improve oil quality further, it features a large cold zone and forward-sloping bottom to collect sediment. Every frypot includes two twin baskets.
The Frymaster MJ350 commercial gas fryer measures 47 1/8 inches wide by 31 5/8 inches deep by 46 3/8 inches high. It features over-the-basket hangers, rack-type basket supports, and pot covers to protect oil from external contaminants. Powered by natural gas, this unit has a total output of 366,000 BTUs. It's equipped with an EZSpark® push-button ignitor and operated with millivolt controls.
