Designed with a sole frypot accommodating 50 pounds of oil, the Frymaster RE14TC deep fryer measures 15 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high. It has an open-pot configuration as well as a boil-out mode to enable thorough cleaning. To keep sediment out of oil and optimize its quality, it's designed with a large cold zone and a forward-sloping bottom. This unit has an insulated pot to preserve heat and comes with two twin fry baskets.
Long lasting and corrosion resistant, the Frymaster RE14TC commercial fryer's door, cabinet, and frypot are made of stainless steel. It heats with self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar elements; its compensating temperature probe provides an accurate temperature reading within 1 degree Fahrenheit. Because this unit is mounted on casters, operators can transport it as needed for routine maintenance or cleaning.
