Dean SCFD360G Gas Fryer - (3) 75 Lb Vats, Floor Model, Liquid Propane

The Dean SCFD360G gas fryer has an integrated filtration system with a five-minute filter cycle and rear oil flush. A Thermatron® controller maintains accurate temperatures, while the melt cycle and boil-out modes assist with maintenance. A stainless steel crumb catcher prevents oil contamination. The combination gas valve with a regulator ensures proper operation. It requires a 1/2-inch kitchen main manifold gas supply line and has a 1/4-inch rear manifold gas line.
The Dean SCFD360G freestanding gas fryer features a triple-vat configuration, each with a 75-pound oil capacity and a wide cold zone to collect sediment. It includes six twin baskets with hangers and rack-type basket supports for batch frying. The frypot, door, front, and sides are made of stainless steel. Five thermos-tube burners per vat distribute heat evenly for consistent frying.
