Each vat has a wide cold zone that captures food debris, helping extend oil life. Five thermos-tube burners per vat provide consistent heat distribution, while four twin baskets with hangers support simultaneous cooking. The stainless steel frypot, door, front, and sides offer durability and corrosion resistance.
To streamline maintenance, the Dean SCFD260G gas fryer is equipped with an integrated filtration system, including a five-minute filter cycle and rear oil flush. Its Thermatron® controls ensure precise temperature regulation, while the combination gas valve with regulator supports safe operation. Melt cycle and boil-out modes simplify oil management, and six casters provide mobility. The unit requires a 1 1/2-inch kitchen main manifold gas supply line.
