Each of the Frymaster SCFHD260G high-efficiency gas fryer's two frypots holds 80 pounds of oil and has an 18-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 3.75-inch-high structure that accommodates high-volume frying applications, such as french fries, bone-in chicken, or breaded products. The thermo-tube heating design and its baffles transfer heat to the oil efficiently to prevent energy loss. Operators can monitor and adjust oil temperatures with the Thermatron® controller, which helps reduce the risk of oil overload and degeneration for best results. Throughout frying, the wide cold zone traps sediment from the cooking area and releases it out of the 1.25-inch ball-type drain valve.
A filtration system built into the Frymaster SCFHD260G gas fryer cabinet increases filtration frequency and uses a gravity-draining system to expel leftover oil freely out of the 3-inch drain line. The filter can cycle 50 pounds of oil in 5 minutes, even while the other frypot is cooking, and its 8-GPM pump helps prevent clogging. Built for longevity, the unit's frypot, front, door, and cabinet sides are made of stainless steela€”a heavy-duty metal that resist rust and corrosion. Overall, this floor-model unit measures 40 inches wide by 39.38 inches deep by 46.38 inches high and is furnished with casters to ease maneuvering for maintenance and cleaning.
