Description
The Frymaster SCFHD350G gas fryer is a three-vat floor model fryer that can produce high volumes of fried foods daily. Because this unit has three separate frypots, users can cook multiple types of meat, vegetables, and sweets simultaneously with no flavor contamination. Its wide cold zone pulls loose breading away from the hot frying zone, preventing burnt sediment from tainting the cooking oil. This frypot style is used to cook heavily breaded foods such as cheese sticks, fried chicken, and fish fillets. The tube-style heating elements are energy efficient and have a large, 6-inch diameter for maximum contact between the heating surface and the oil.
This Frymaster SCFHD350G triple vat floor fryer has a built-in filtration system contained within the battery that minimizes the unit's footprint and doesn't need more filter space. The gravity-fed draining system keeps drain lines open, while the large sump ensures effective vacuum pressure.
