Description
A thermo-tube system heats a large surface area of the Frymaster SCFHD360G gas fryer's three frypots for even and efficient frying results while preserving oil quality. To ensure oil isn't overloaded, users can monitor oil temperatures with the temperature probe, which provides accurate temperature readings. The Thermatron® temperature controller enables operators to raise or lower the temperature to accommodate various products and quantities. Each of the three frypots holds 80 pounds of oil and has an 18-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 3 1/2-inch-high frying area for high-volume frying applications.
A filtration system is built into the Frymaster SCFHD360G high-efficiency gas fryer cabinet, saving space and encouraging daily filtering. It filters 50 pounds of oil in less than 5 minutes and operates while other frypots are being used. A gravity-draining mechanism releases leftover oil out of the 3-inch round drain line, and to prevent clogging, it's equipped with an 8-GPM pump. The frypots' wide cold zone slopes forward to collect sediment, which can be removed through the 1 1/2-inch full-port drain valve. To ease maintenance and cleaning, this 60-inch-wide by 39 3/8-inch-deep by 46 3/8-inch-high unit is mounted on casters, while its frypots, front, doors, and sides are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
