Description
To maximize production output, all four of the Frymaster SCFHD450G gas fryer's frypots have a 50-pound oil capacity with a 14-inch-wide by 14-inch-deep by 3 1/2-inch-high frying area. A thermo-tube mechanism heats a large surface area to prevent stress on the oil, lengthening its life. A 1-degree-Fahrenheit compensating temperature probe provides accurate temperature readings, while the Thermatron® temperature controller improves user control over oil temperatures as operators fry different foods. To retain oil quality and ease maintenance, a wide cold zone at the bottom of the frypots collects sediment that could impact oil taste. Sediment buildup is then released out of the 1 1/4-inch full-port drain valve.
Able to filter 50 pounds of oil in 5 minutes, the Frymaster SCFHD450G gas fryer's built-in filtration system can cycle a frypot's oil while other frypots are in use. The filter's gravity-draining mechanism expels leftover oil constantly and freely out of its 3-inch drain line to ensure oil remains fresh. Its 4-GPM pump helps minimize clogging risk, while the large sump and hold-down ring establish an effective vacuum. This floor model measures 62 inches wide by 34 1/2 inches deep by 46 3/8 inches high, and its front, doors, sides, and frypots are made of durable stainless steel to withstand heavy-duty applications.
