Description
A filtration system is built into the Frymaster SCFHD450G high-efficiency gas fryer cabinet, using its gravity-draining mechanism to expel residual oil out its 3-inch drain line. It filters 50 pounds of oil within 5 minutes and performs cycles while other frypots are in use to ensure smooth operation. Its sump and hold-down ring establish an effective vacuum while the 4-GPM pump helps minimize clogging risks. At the bottom of the frypots, a forward-sloping cold zone secures sediment away from the cooking area, while a 1 1/4-inch drain valve releases buildup.
Each of the Frymaster SCFHD450G gas fryer's four frypots have a 50-pound oil capacity to accommodate high-volume frying applications. Four thermo tubes are built into each frypot, heating a large surface area to prevent oil degeneration and improve heating and recovery times. A 1-degree-Fahrenheit compensating temperature probe provides precise temperature readings, and operators can adjust temperatures with the Thermatron® temperature controller to support various load amounts and food types. To withstand high-volume kitchen use, the frypots, doors, sides, and front are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
