Description
The Frymaster SCFHD460G gas fryer's four frypots have an 80-pound oil capacity to cook large quantities of fried favorites, from funnel cakes to french fries. Each frypot has an 18-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 3 3/4-inch-high frying area and is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel that withstands high-volume use. Five heating tubes warm each frypot, covering a large surface area to prevent oil overload. To accommodate various load sizes and products, the Thermatron® temperature controller works in tandem with the temperature probe to provide accurate temperature readings.
To ease cleaning and preserve oil quality, a wide cold zone at the bottom of the Frymaster SCFHD460G gas fryer has a forward-sloping design that traps sediment buildup away from the cooking areas and releases it out the 1 1/2-inch full-port drain valve. A filtration system built into the cabinet saves floor space and increases filtration cycles. It can cycle 50 pounds of oil in less than 5 minutes, even while other frypots are operating. It expels residual oil out of the 3-inch oil drain, and its 8-GPM pump minimizes the risk of clogging. Overall, this floor model unit measures 80 inches wide by 39 3/8 inches deep by 46 3/8 inches high and is furnished with casters.
