The Used ExtraktLab E140 Supercritical CO₂ Extraction System is a production-capable extraction platform designed for high recovery rates, consistent throughput, and automated operation. Capable of processing up to 192 kg (422 lbs) of biomass per day, this system delivers excellent extraction efficiency—90%+ oil recovery for hemp and 95%+ for marijuana.
This system includes (2) 20-liter extraction vessels, (3) 304 stainless steel collection columns, and is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen HMI panel. With a compact 24 sq. ft. footprint, the E140 maximizes output while conserving valuable facility space.
The package is further enhanced with optional integrated upgrades, including a CO₂ Recycler System, an Onboard Ethanol Pump, and a PolyScience DuraChill chiller, providing a turnkey solution for high-performance extraction, cleaning, and co-solvent applications.
