The Used ExtraktLab E140 Supercritical CO₂ Extraction System is a production-grade extraction platform engineered for high recovery, consistent throughput, and automated operation. Capable of processing up to 192 kg (422 lbs) of biomass per day, the E140 delivers exceptional oil recovery rates—90%+ for hemp and 95%+ for marijuana—while maintaining tight control over pressure, temperature, and cycle timing.
This system includes (2) 20-liter extraction vessels and (3) 304 stainless steel collection columns, all controlled via an intuitive touchscreen HMI. With a compact 24 sq. ft. footprint, the E140 maximizes output while minimizing floor space. The package also includes valuable optional upgrades: a fully integrated CO₂ Recycler System and an Onboard Ethanol Pump, both automated through the HMI for streamlined operation, cleaning, and co-solvent applications.
