Overview
(1) IKA Dispax Reactors model DR2000/5 Inline High Shear Mixing/Milling units rated at 2500 l/h (660 GPH). Last used in toothpaste plant (Sanitary Application). The IKA DISPAX-REACTOR DR 2000 is a three-stage (3 sets of rotors) high shear inline dispersing machine used for the production of very fine emulsions and suspensions. Applications include: Neutralization & PH adjustment, Tooth paste, Salt solutions, Edible oil refining & degumming, Shampoos & Conditioners, Polymerizations, Pesticides, Herbicides, Reaction Enhancements, Microencapsulations, Viscosity Control, Creams, Lotions, Fuels.
