This semi-automatic Cold Saw will save time while making production cuts. Built to last, this Cosen Cold Saw offers a cast iron head and base, pneumatic vising, and a flood coolant system
that lubricates the blade for a clean cut and a smooth finish. Designed with a sturdy steel stand that stabilizes this Circular Saw and adds to its structural strength. The rigid cast iron base reduces
vibrations for an accurate cut and prolongs both the life of the saw and blade. It’s extremely user friendly. Just put your material in the vise and push the foot pedal to clamp it. Then the blade will
automatically start to lower and make the cut.
MACHINE FEATURES:
► Cuts a variety of material including tubing, pipe, extrusion and solid bar stock. Comes equipped with a stop bar that allows you to cut repeatable lengths.
► Features a direct drive blade motor set up. Operator can cut at two blade speeds, 60 or
120 RPM, depending on the application.
► Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Saw head reduces vibration to provide quality cuts with smooth
surface finish. Saw head also features all-metal gears that are ground and hardened for
longevity.
Equipped with a self centering vise that keeps the material in the right position for the

blade to make cuts.
Pneumatic Vise allows operator to clamp material hands free.
This saw can be operated in manual mode or semi automatic mode via a foot pedal.
Blade shuts off and the head automatically raises to the top once a cut has been completed, eliminating a manual lift of the saw head back to starting position
