The CORREA AXIA 70 is a heavy-duty mobile column milling machine designed for high-precision machining of large workpieces. It offers long travels of 7,000 mm on the X-axis, 1,250 mm on Y, and 1,500 mm on Z, making it suitable for large structural components and demanding general machining.

The machine is equipped with an ISO 50 taper and a 6,000 rpm spindle, driven by a 37 kW motor, providing the torque and stability required for roughing and finishing operations. With a robust machine weight of approximately 40,000 kg, it delivers excellent rigidity for consistent accuracy.

It features a HEIDENHAIN 530 CNC control, an automatic UAD milling head with 0.02° indexing, and a 60-tool automatic magazine, supporting flexible multi-operation machining. For productivity and reliability, it includes 30-bar through-spindle coolant, a cooled electrical cabinet, and a chip conveyor. The machine is supplied with two STOLLE tables (4,000 x 2,400 mm each), enabling large-part setups and efficient handling.
