RAPID #400-45 GRANULATOR – NEW 2013 – NEVER USED!

Rapid Model 400-45 granulator.    (UNUSED)  14″ x 18″ feed throat. 5 knife rotor with 3 bed knives which are in the 1st, 2nd, and 5th position. Tangential cutting chamber. 15 HP 460-volt drive motor. Has RFL-45 feed roll in-feed system with steel knurled rolls that have pneumatic open / close and dual drive motors. Also has top mount blow in-feed opening for trim fitted with a air-relief head that has dual 4″ OD inlets. OK160 (6″) airveyor discharge with hi-level sensor to included 3 HP PB-12 floor mount discharge blower. 4mm screen is installed. Has starter and controls for the granulator and blower as well as a variable speed drive for the feed rolls. Also includes spare 4mm screen, spare knife set, spare knife bolt set, and factor knife setting fixture.
