BAST FIBER BALING SYSTEM
This double baling system was purchased new in 2023 and was used only a few months due to lack of products.
Integrated System consists of;
(2) TBB Tall Bacc Baler with 60`` Chamber
Hydraulic Power Pack and Control Panel, 10 HP Motor 575/3/60, 110 volts for Transcell TI500E-SS Scales (2); 230V1/60 for Inverter Box, controlled power fot conveyors comes from control cabinet pre-wired. FSPI provided wall mounted disconnect and motor starter required for hydraulic motor.
(2) Bacca Baler Scales
1- PU Electric Power Unit for Hydraulics
1 - 22 Feet Incline Conveyor, 1 HP Motor wired 220V 1/60 plug, Start/fwd/rev/functions in control panel, motor start switches wired to front of system by controls, Emergency stop pull cables installed around conveyor envelope.
1 - 11 feet Cross Conveyor for TBB Cross System ( Reversible Direction)1 HP motor wired with 220V 1/60 plug,Start/Fwd/Rev functions in control panel. Motor start switches wired to front of system by controls. Reversible conveyor direction to feed both baling chambers. Emergency Stop pull cables installed around conveyor envelope.

Cardboard baling inserts available to place in bottom of chambers, complete with dies for cardboard stamping.
Nylon strapping and tooling is available for securing bales.
