Overview
Description
The Hamai Model #GN150 Hob re-sharpening machine is ideally designed for sharpening of small fine pitch hobs with straight flutes. The small footprint is ideal for the customers tool room.
For automatic operation, setup data are input from the operation screen with either inch or metric data as the customer chooses. The HMI allows entering rough and finish grinding data as well as table stroke, ensuring highly efficient and accurate grinding with reduced processing time.
Equipped with a tailstock to produce excellent lead accuracy.
Flute indexing and table feeding are controlled with Servo motors to eliminate the need for change gears.
