Overview
The large CoastOne press brakes (G-Series) are unique because we do not convert them to a servo-hydraulic system (most competitors). Our machines utilize ball screws and servo motors (up to 6 screws and 6 servos). With this technology, our machines offer “automatic crowning.” Each axis of the upper beam works simultaneously as a crowning axis. This way, the upper beam can be CNC deflected. Each axis works separately and independently without making compromises. The press brakes offer 0.00008” accuracy and repeatability!
