The DoALL DCDS-600CNC high production, horizontal StructurALL®, automatic numeric controlled indexing, dual column, dual mitering metal cutting band saw offers up to 17″ x 24″ (440x600mm) rectangular cutting capacity and 18.5″ round capacity. Also classified as a double column, dual swivel, the DCDS-600CNC is ideal for production sawing of a large variety of materials including, but not limited to, structural solids, stainless and tool steel. The DoALL band saw has a touch display controller for easy operation. The DCDS-600CNC offers high loading capacity and a variety of optional accessories. This hydraulically controlled dual column, automatic metal cutting band saw has a double-swivel head that is able to miter/angle cut at 60° both left and right. The saw blade is set at 7° cant allowing for more efficient cutting. The DCDS-600CNC is the ideal machine for a fabricator cutting multiple angles in the same work piece.
