The DoALL DCDS-600SA-A model StructurALL® semi-automatic, dual-miter metal-cutting band saw is designed for straight and angled cuts. Miter angle cuts are possible up to 60° left and right. A digital readout comes standard and makes it easy to verify exact cutting angles. Also classified as a horizontal structural, scissor saw, the 24″ x 15.1″ DoALL DCDS-600SA-A is ideal for fabrication shops, repair facilities and industrial manufacturing plants that cut tubing and structural shapes and occasional large solids. A large variety of optional accessories are available to customize the machine for specific sawing requirements.

Operator Control Console: Control Console can easily be positioned for operator comfort and safety ensuring hands are away from the blade at band start.
Mitsubishi Touch Screen Panel: The touch screen workstation provides the operator with easy to access job programming along with constant monitoring of jobs while the machine is running. The work station also monitors and displays blade speed, head feed rate, and head position at all times. It automatically displays any machine errors for ease of any troubleshooting eliminating any long periods of downtime.
Saw Head Design: The saw head is mounted on linear rails which are mounted to two robust columns at a 7 degree cant. The 4 point head mounting system to the columns increases stability of the saw head allowing for increased blade life.
Direct Driven Band Drive: Drive is comprised of an electric VFD controlled motor transferring power thru a gear reduction unit directly to the drive wheel eliminating belt slippage giving positive torque to the saw blade. The drive wheel is supported on both sides of the drive to lessen bearing wear and uneven drive wheel wear.
Semi-Automatic Cycle: Programmable cycle allows the operator the ability to control hydraulic on-off, saw head movement after the cut, head raise limit through programmable set point, band drive on-off, and vise clamp-unclamp after the cut maximizing productivity.
Automatic Overload Feed Protection: BRP function monitors band drive motor amperage stopping head fall when operator set parameter is reached signaling overfeed or a dull saw band.
Hydraulic Blade Tension: Two cylinders located at the front and back of the idler wheel allow for better support of the wheel and lessen bearing wear. The hydraulic tension eliminates the possibility of over/under tightening of the band for maximum band life and cutting rates.
Saw Head Turntable: The hydraulic angle setting may be accomplished by either using the manual buttons to the desired angle or the RTO function which will automatically take the head to programmed position. The entered angles will be displayed on the touch screen and are measured using a digital readout for accuracy. The saw head is hydraulically locked once in position.
Flood Coolant System: Supplies coolant to the blade evenly before and after the cut creating straighter cuts and allowing longer blade life due to coolant being supplied at the tooth tip.
Balancing Valve Feed System: The time honored balancing valve feed system allows the operator to set his optimum feed rate and allows the automatic adjustment/override of that rate depending on cutting resistence i.e. feed force. This system is extremely effective when cutting profiled materials
Full Stroke Hydraulic Vise: Full stroke hydraulic vise ensures maximum part clamping eliminating the possibility of material movement. Unique designed front vise jaw gives maximum clamping pressure near the cut at all times. Variable vise pressure will prevent distortion in thin wall tubing and extrusions.
