The 10' long covered U-trough has a 9" square inlet and a 9" wide side chute discharge with dewatering screen.
Note: Drop-out end discharge has been plugged off.
3/4HP Reeves Vari-speed & chain drive (220V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Drive is pre-wired through a manual two-speed switch.
Blancher is supported on a portable galvanized steel frame.
Steam header connection: 1 1/4"NPT
Base height to top of trough is 48"
