OPERATION: The Tip-Tite tote dumper system is designed for unloading product from a tote/box bin into a receiving hopper by lifting, then rotating 210°. Product is discharged by an 8"Ø pneumatic slide gate at an elevation 128" above floor. Unit requires a ceiling clearance of 223.12" above floor elevation. The lifting bin/dump hood are sized to fit a 40"W X 46"L X 37.5"H tote bin (including pallet height). It has a rated capacity of 1,000LBS. The remaining components of the lift system is rated for 2,500LBS.
Includes a stand-alone 2HP hydraulic power pack with lift/tilt/discharge valve controls.
System requires dry, compressed air supply and 460V, 60Hz, 3ph AC service.
