UPPER FRAME ASSEMBLY:
Mild steel support frame with 3" square tubing legs and 2" bolted cross bracing.
1-1/2-Ton Harrington electric hoist with motorized trolley and control pendant.
Lifting Speed: 28 Ft/Min.
Trolley Speed: 40 Ft/Min
Requires a 208-230/460V, 60Hz AC service connection.
LOWER FRAME ASSEMBLY:
*Box tubing has been modified and will require some fabrication for assembly prior to use.
Frame has a 5' square base area.
53" wide elevated platform for access to bag spout.
Bulk Bag unloading seat is 115.5" above base elevation.
Installed with pneumatic flow-flexer bag massagers, telescoping tube and power cincher.
NEMA enclosed, push button controls.
Requires 115V AC.
Original equipment was sold to handle spray dried coffee, suitable for food grade applications. Original paint for the frame is Steel It paint.
