USED BEPEX SJ-30-14

The Bepex Solidaire (Model SJ 30-14) has a flexible design for continuously processing solids (powders, polymers & pigments) in chemical or plastics industries. The Solidaire housing is 30" in diameter and a length of 208" with a jacketed shell (hot oil). It is fitted with a large quantity of adjustable pitch paddles. The unit can by heated by direct heat, indirect heat, or a combination in drying applications.
The Purge Vessel (Model PV 36-10) with mechanical discharging hopper for drying material. Hot, dry air enters through a gas distribution ring for uniform flow throughout the material bed. Included Mechanical Discharge Hopper (Model MDS 36) meters material out after residence time is achieved.
