Tank is 50"Ø with 48" straight side and two-zone dimple plated jacketing.
Jacket is rated for 75PSI @ 350°F with a total surface area of 49 sq. ft.
Bridged flat top with mixer drive, sanitary ports and hinged covers.
Shallow cone bottom with a 2 ½"Ø sanitary drain, valve and thermowells.
Anchor style sweeping agitator with 5HP geared drive (460V, 60Hz, 3ph, 13.7RPM max).
Supported on a braced leg assembly with feet levelling.
Successful hydro tested on jacket @ 25 PSI.
