Tank is 39" diameter with a 51" straight side (11GA wall, 316 stainless steel).
Welded flat top cover with 16"Ø hatch and a 1.17HP Lightnin XJQ vertical mixer (364RPM max.).
The top cover is installed with multiple sanitary flanged ports.
2:1 elliptical head bottom with a 3"Ø flanged sanitary drain.
Top of tank is 87" from base elevation.
