National Board rated kettle is constructed from stainless steel with a bottom steam jacket.
Product chamber is 24"Ø X 22" depth, 2/3 bowl jacket, 2"Ø bottom drain, manual tilt/dump wheel.
Gasketed middle flange connection allows for upper chamber tilt-away using air over hydraulics.
Product chamber rated 50 MAWP @ 300°F, MDMT @ -20°F @ 50PSI, designed for full vacuum at 29.9 In HG.
The steam jacket is rated for 100PSI @ 338°F.
1HP top-mounted sweep mixer with scrapers and a 1/2HP high shear mixer (230/460V)
Tubular stainless steel frame assembly.
The hydraulic cylinder will need a rebuild/refurbish.
