Stainless steel wetted components with a mild steel support stand
For cooling or heating product- shaft installed rotary joint and jacketed sidewalls of the u-trough. The jacket is low pressure design (~1 bar). A small leak was noted in the interior of the mixer near the ribbon.

Top is fully covered with twin stainless panels, hinged with proximity switch
Product Discharge: 6"Ø manual pivot valve - positioned at bottom center (not flush with mixer)
Mixing chamber is fully welded with packing-gland shaft seals
