Description
Blender assembly is constructed of 304 stainless steel material contact.
Stainless steel mixing chamber is 96" diameter with a 30" straight side.
Cones are constructed on approximately 45° slope.
Blender cylinder and cones formed and welded with 10 Gauge stainless sheet.
Internal breaking cones installed on center axis.
Product Discharge: 12"Ø manual butterfly valve
Product Inlet: 20"Ø pivot gate with lever clamps and davit post.
Bolts to a 40" high structural steel base extension assembly.
15HP gearmotor and pinion to bull gear drive with guard.
Non-metallic electrical enclosure with speed controller.
Supply: 460VAC, 60Hz, 3ph (Motor Brake Voltage: 460V)
Base footprint (w/extension): 94" X 94"
Minimum Ceiling Height: 13'-6" from floor elevation (when installed on stand…stand is required)

A step deck trailer (with blender disassembled from stand) is required for transit.
