Used Lump breaker Dewatering Screw Settling Solid Liquid Separation Tank

This is a custom build project that will require some additional design and fabrication to complete.
Constructed with 11 gauge stainless sheet and a mild steel support frame. Slurry is fed into the top of tank end. It is then agitated and mixed by 3- powered horizontal drums. They are driven by a pair of 2HP gearmotor/chain drives. Solids that fall into the 8"Ø auger is then conveyed across a perforated screen. Particles then drop into a 4"Ø bottom auger to be extracted from the tank. The separated liquids spill out of the rear of the tank by an 8" X 48" spillway. The construction on the solids conveyors has not been completed on the discharge end and will require drives on the oposite ends. There are additional augers, trough and screen sections included with purchase.
