Description
Conveyor belt washing and scraping system for installation under the belt return (while conveyor operating)
Formed stainless steel wash-down trough measuring 62" across, and 24" in direction of belt travel with 10" depth
Welded stainless steel square tube support frame with base mount area of 74"W X 33"L
Coil type rotary brush is 5.75" diameter X 54"W black nylon bristle material (54RPM working speed)
Installed spray bar for the brush 5.5" spaced, flat spray nozzles, rotatable
Full-width neoprene rubber belt wiper with adjustable height (edge shows some un-even wear)
The entire assembly shall be base mounted under conveyor frame, can be connected to frame if applicable
1/2HP washdown gearmotor with chain drive (230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Unit is raised and lowered with manual jack screw actuators (8" travel)
Belt wash drain is installed with a 3" cam-lock fitting with cap, on center
Total Height of the unit is 22.5"
