Large-Format Piezo Inkjet Printing
The Markoprint Integra PP 108 is a large-format piezo inkjet printer designed for high-quality printing on both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Featuring PP Class printing technology with a SEIKO printhead, it delivers sharp text, graphics, and barcodes across a print height of up to 108 mm (4.25″).
An integrated circulating ink system continuously removes air from the nozzles to ensure consistent print quality, while level-independent ink delivery allows the ink tank to be installed above, below, or level with the printhead without affecting performance. The large internal ink reservoir supports ink refills during operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.
The Integra PP 108 prints at speeds up to 150 m/min at 360 DPI, with adjustable DPI settings to accommodate higher speeds when required. It integrates easily into production lines and supports seamless connectivity through Idesign software and Integra Vivid systems.
