Compact Thermal Inkjet Printer with IP65 Protection
The Markoprint Integra One IP is a compact TIJ printer designed for integration with new or existing production lines. This washdown-capable unit offers all the features of the Integra One, with IP65 certification for protection against dust, water, and moisture, eliminating the need to remove the printer during cleaning or disinfection procedures.
The intelligent printhead operates standalone via an onboard display with a control knob, and messages can also be programmed using the included software. The patented “Click’n’Print” cartridge holder allows for single-hand cartridge changes. SmartCard technology monitors ink levels and ink types to ensure consistent high-quality prints.
The printer produces high-resolution text, graphics, and barcodes up to 900 DPI, with print heights up to 12.5 mm (½ inch), on both porous and non-porous substrates. It accepts external print triggers and connects to databases or ERP systems for variable data printing.
